Who We Are

Jennifer Cooke has spent more than three decades building a respected career in artist management, known for her steady leadership, strategic instincts, and fiercely loyal commitment to the artists and relationships she represents. Since 1989, she has worked alongside Grammy-winning artist Amy Grant, helping guide one of the most enduring and influential careers in modern music.

A graduate of University of California, Los Angeles, Jennifer began her career in Los Angeles working within the legendary management circles of the entertainment industry before relocating to Nashville at a time when the city was still emerging as a major force in popular music. She joined the renowned management company Blanton & Harrell, where she worked closely with some of the most respected executives in the business and developed a reputation for thoughtful leadership, discretion, and long-term vision.

Over the years, Jennifer has overseen every aspect of an artist’s career, including touring, recording projects, branding, partnerships, media strategy, and business development. Her approach to management is deeply relational — built on trust, honesty, creativity, and a belief that longevity matters more than trends. In an industry often driven by short-term thinking, she has remained committed to helping artists build careers with meaning, staying power, and integrity.

Managing an artist like Amy Grant has also meant operating far beyond the traditional boundaries of the music business. As both an artist and humanitarian, Amy’s career has involved charitable initiatives, mission-driven partnerships, and causes deeply connected to compassion and service. Jennifer has long believed those endeavors deserve the same level of care, strategic thought, and attention to detail as a major arena tour or record release. Whether coordinating large-scale touring logistics or helping steward philanthropic relationships, she approaches every aspect of management with equal dedication and intentionality.

Known for her strong instincts during both creative and business negotiations, Jennifer has helped navigate decades of change within the music industry while maintaining lasting relationships across management, touring, record labels, publishing, and media. Her work has included everything from arena tours and major label campaigns to independent releases and artist-driven creative ventures.

Today, Jennifer continues to serve as Amy Grant’s longtime manager while remaining an active and respected presence within the Nashville music community. Her career stands as a testament to the power of loyalty, resilience, and believing in artists not only for what they do, but for who they are.
